Hey guys, i live in southwest, ct never was a member on nefbody but checked it out a few times. This is my 96 formula ws6, i bought her completely stock in april 08. She lost oil pressure in april 09 (oil pump pickup fell off) Now its got a forged 370, xfi280 cam, ported heads, fuel system, all the bolt ons etc etc
first pic was taken when spring was just coming around this year, right before it lost op. Second pic is the new shortblock taken a few months ago, just got it in and the car running 2 weeks ago.

Welcome, sweet car, I love LT1 WS6 Formulas, only about 1,000 of those were made. I might get the hood for mine at some point to finish off the look.

actually 534 were made all together in 96', 130 black m6 cars like mine, and well under 100 with a hardtop like mine, its pretty rare lol.
I live in newtown, like 20 mins from the NY border on I-84.

I was counting '97s too, so in that body style it is right around 1,000. There's a white '97 WS6 Formula not far from me, and I actually saw one the same color as my car once. I'd love to have one.

3.625 in crank, 4.030 bore = 369.9 CI = 6.0L
I wanted something original but it cost me in the end, way to much. The callies dragonslayer crank is one of the only ones you can get in 3.625 stroke, and i had to order custom pistons to work with it because of course not one company makes off the shelf 370 pistons with a -15cc dish for lots of boost hah. But im happy with it, only know of one other guy who has one and thats the Wiseco machinist that helped me design (and he later machined) the pistons.
