but not all are. a friend of mine had to rush his wife to the hospital because she was in labor got pulled over and stopped. The cop actually gave them an escort and congratulated them on the success.

I think the good ones are the 10% in the case of cops. anything else the 10% are the bad eggs...

The horror stories I get through the epilepsy foundation are horrible. Recently in GA a kid was tazed reapetedly until he went into cardiac arrest. Why because je had a gran mal seizure and they thought he was doped up.
