Just found my way over from NE F-Body. Went to check the site after a few weeks and it was gone! I hate it when that happens.

Anyway, I followed the link and here I am.

I just moved back to New Bedford from Newport (although I may end up back in Newport in a few months) and I own a basically stock '00 Formula A4 that I've had for just over 2 years. Only mods so far are a SLP lid and Fast Toys Ram air setup.

Anyway, I'm glad I found this board, and I look forward to checking it out.

Yup! Rides just as bad as ever. I actually had a few hundred lbs of stuff in the back when I was moving a few weeks ago, it really smoothed out the ride.

Oh, and now it's eyes are always open, I had to yank the headlight motor fuses, one of the motors started grinding. I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet.

theres a cheap fix you can do with those worked on mine for about a week BUT my motor wash TRASH and was probably flipped once already. TJ has had luck doing though. you have to take out the motor for the headlight thats grinding and take the linkage off. then wen its just the stub shaft sticking out of the motor use the plastic knob on top of the motor and spin it 180* and reassemble. the motor only uses one half of the gear and wen it strips out you can just rotate the gear around. Hope that helps

And if that doesn't work you can always buy gears, or even decals, from Brent Franker (http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/headlightfix/index.htm).
I've dealt with him for years & he's a real stand up guy.
If anyone buys from him, tell him I sent you.

Thanks for the info about the headlight. I had actually found that out, I just haven't gotten around to successfully doing it yet. I couldn't get the arm to budge from the stud on the motor. I'm going to let some PB Blaster sink in, I just didn't have any with me when I tried it.

I'll prob just order the gear though.

yeah and wen you do the gear be DAMN sure you dont get any epox inside the motor itself or your pretty much screwed.
