Don I am thinking a S95 turbo and a 408 th400 and a really small gear (3.08) with a 28inch tire. Should still be streetable.

I think low 9's or 8's is a goal while driving it to cruise nights.

Hell no. All cheap stuff. Have a motor here for it.$1600 for trans/converter. Turbo is just a few pipes,wastegate and turbo.
