KLaBz 2nd retrofit.. F250

Heres some progress of my lil project. Bixenon projectors in 05 f250 headlights with plasti dip black housings. working on mounting the projectors to the reflector now and making a back cover that seals them up.

I painted the reflectors and the shroud black at first but it looked like poo, keeping everything but the housing chrome for factory appearance hehe.

since then the ballasts fried so I swapped in a better brighter set I had around, huge difference. :D

weee thanks guys. I wasn't sure how they were gonna look if they were going to be too rice for my dads truck for him, but they have a factory appearance. Now just gotta find a way to mount them in an 03 front end o.O

I shouldn't have sold that 05 grille, and got a front brace and bumper. :(

its easy to make them fit, you cut out the header panel behind the stock head lights. the 05 headlights are held in by the two screws on the bottom that held in the 03 markers and the top holes are already there for the two screws that hold the top of the headlights in
