I wouldn't blame the whole dealership, sounds like it was just the service manager behind this. Let the kid go after them in court, where he will win easily because the service manager was enough of a retard to tell him in writing that he was being fired in violation of federal law. I bet the dealership's lawyers are taking turns kicking him in the nads right now.

Oh it's clearly an uneducated service manager. This dealership used to be Dan Perkins Chevy who sold off the Chevy dept to his partner and moved himself into the Subaru shop down the road.
