no lower boot under console keeps the heat and sound out.

its gotta flex with the shifter yah mook! and its Not really vital i drove with out one for a long time just annoying hearing all the exhaust noises louder in the car.

with it not sealing heat just pours in from there, drove all last year with it like that not going to do it again! AC is going to work to!
