Hey does anyone know how long a written warning stays on your record?

Written warnings do not go on your record against you but cops can pull up your whole driving hostory. Either way warnings do not affect your points etc.

what john sed But id like to add that if you have a written for say Speeding, and then get pulled over for speeding again. your getting a ticket most likely because the cop can see it. and tickets never come "off" the record just no longer count against the SDIP.

I know it won't hurt my points or insurance but I didn't know if it would disappear from the cops records.

I thought a writen warning is nothing unless you get a ticket within 1 year of the warning. If you do the points from the warning go onto your liscence.

i have heard so much bullshit about this from so many people i decided to go to the rmv online and research it and i cant find anything. I went to a site that has Massachusetts cops answer questions and someone says that if i got pulled over by a statie only staties can see the warning, if i get pulled over by a cop in Canton only canton cops can see the warning.... now im really curious to find out the truth.
