Through Tweak.
So someone had a great idea to start a Pokemon Red emulator on their PC and set it up so anyone on there and control via the chat. Its so funny and awesome. There is a democracy to anarchy meter, where people in the democracy are furiously entering commands to try and progress in the game, where the anarchists are trying to ruin it (ie. use the escape rope just before defeating team rocket, throwing away valuable items).
