Id invest in a nice fiberglass cowl. You get the benefit of weight reduction and the space for ur lid. Just my 2 cents

then what id do is put a stock air box Type setup on the car even an Ebay cold air for 15 bux works well. and then wen you can save for all the right pieces of the puzzle. install the lid if you so desire. thats my suggestion. |
Rinsed if off really quick cause it was covered in pollen...just need to get the hood on and some touch up paint and will be good as used... :wookie:

Random question, where did people get their helmets and or how much did you pay for them.
I might not need one the first time at the track but, when i put 555rs on Id think ill break 14s. Id prefer to have one just in case so I don't get one run and then cant run again lol :wookie: Thanks in advance! |
i just use my snowmobile helmet but jegs and summit sell open face helmets for drag racing. whatever you do make sure you get a snell 2005 approved helmet, snell 2000 wont pass tech next year
