I think those 17s plus a 1" drop and it will look mint
|
17s look awesome, polish em up tho? make them pop a bit?
|
17s. IMO the 20s looked lie garbage. The only wheels that look good on our cars close to 20s are CCWs and Finkse and I'm a couple others. To early to think of them.

Ok, 17's it is. Silver or black center? I am going to pull one apart tonight, throw it on buffing wheel and test some different colors. Looks like the shinny parts are clear coated. The wheels will look much better freshened up with clean painted centers. Ill put them back on after the car is painted next week.
The wheels came from Lingerfelter in 1995 at a cost of 335.00 each. With mounting and tires they cost just over 2k, that's a boat load for 17 years ago. Came with a great set of "spare" Goodyears, 20 lugnuts, 4 locking lugs (with key) and 8 center caps (4 still in their boxes). Anyone what to guess what I stole them for?? |

Is craigslist your friend too? |
those look way better and id keep them original because those are hard to find.

I think a bowtie centercap would look pretty cool, you can get those from Brent Franker for a good price. Plus it's just a sticker so it's not like you're messing up a rare wheel.

Enkei Win Wheels? Haven't seen those in years. They were pretty common a while back.

Personally I like the 17" as well. The 20's just seem like overkill man. And yeah if you can get in touch with Brent, go with the bowtie sticker. It's only a sticker after all and can be removed at any time.
