just saw this thread I'd suggest first to take the tb right off and clean the shit outta it might be the IAC passages like pizza said my iac was junked up all behind the penis head it had a poopy shaft. Mine was gunked up to hell with oil sludge. douching the TB is def a good idea and its not a big job. it still didnt fix my cold start issue tho...

take your time. EASILY bend the head to head bypass tube up and out of the way dont take it off. you cant get the gromets from GM anymore. its the tube that runs down the passengers side of the intake and connects to the radiator near the filler cap. spray a light coat of pb blaster near the injector orings that seat into the intake. if they hevent been off in a while they will but stuck. try not to pry on them just twist and pull with your fingures and you should be good.

U can get the gaskets free with a new cross over tube did it just before the motor let go in my car. Ha ha
