ok, here's there only thing that I see as problematic about your hid conversion. You want 4300k which will be ungodly bright. The thing with HIDs is the lower you get in Kelvins the brighter the beam. 4300k will be roughly the same temp as standard halogens only 3x brighter or so, as you get into higher kelvins the intensity of the light goes down but the color becomes more intense. If you want more light I'd recommend just going with an aftermarket halogen, my friend told me about some that have a much higher light output than the standard bulb. Oh and most likely the reason that people have a problem with blinding HIDs is usually because they have 6000k or lower in their housing, which means a fuckload of light. Although I've seen people with 5000k HIDs that they don't have that problem with I wouldn't generally recommend getting anything lower than 8000k unless are willing to return them because you blind all incoming drivers, but nothing higher than 10000k unless you are a ricer and gay. The whole subject of HIDs is very touchy, you really don't know what you are going to get until you have it. I'm sure I'm going to be called out on a million points in the post, HIDs just aren't a consistent subject, everything differs. I've seen it go wonderfully and I've seen if go to hell. Kit's differ from one another, headlights differ from one another, you just know know until you have it. Just be prepared to return in need be. I'll look around for those halogens for you and see if I can find anyone with that kit you are looking at
