I'd be leary of that, with the mods he has you can bet that car has had the piss beat out of it, have you gone to look at it yet? Plus $16K is pretty high for a modded GTO and where the hell did all the torque and HP go? That is almost less then a stock GTO. I'd give that a very thorough look before I paid for it, IMO something is wrong with it, for $16K you can a completely unmolested low mile 06 and have a couple bucks left over.
