I agree. I like the suspense of the ties. It just goes to show how awesome everyones cars are. I do agree that there arent enough people voting but its all in good fun so I dont mind 5 or 6 tie breakers. If theres more than 2 cars tied, the top vote getters in the tiebreaker move to the next poll and so on and so forth. You gotta figure that even IF we need the tie breaker bewteen those 2 cars there are those of us(like myself) that didnt vote for either one now and can vote the second time. AND I would only allow one vote per member in the tie breaker only.
And just a suggestion Mike but why not keep track of the COTMs all year and after Thanksgiving we poll all the COTMS and come to a Car Of The Year and we all chip in and buy that winners dinner at the Christmass Party. Just a thought. |
