Same here ^^^ . I'm sure they are a better handling car, are they a heavier car than an fbody. The suspention on those cars got to be really good. My buddy wants one but like you say pizza they are a little pricy right know. My buddy has a 70 judge that was his fathers he's been tring for years to get it back in shape. I always bust his ball and tell him gto stands for garbage truck( with) overdrive. Its a really nice car though.

I'm an f body guy too but it's hard to argue with the value/comfort of the gto. Especially as a daily ride.
At some point I'm sure I'll own one but for now, I have every intention of enjoying no car payments for a while ;)

exactly. im saying i HATE the fbody or what they can do! they can had for dirt cheap and run GREAT. in either trim lt/ls. But for me there less of a daily driver and more of a LETS GO TO THE TRACKKKKK kinda car. maybe im getting old. FUCK but i want a nice comfy CTS-V or GTO with about 470rwhp as my daily.

Ahyup. That's why I've been loving my pick up as a daily. It's nice and roomy, comfy, big, solid, and just rolls on down the road like a tank.

The f bodies are fun when the speed bug bites but it's nice having some comfort every now and then. I guess we are getting old lol.

well as of right now, i can afford a GTO =] went and looked at one in long island today and i think its the one im buying, 2004 GTO phantom black metallic, black leather, 6 speed, custom grind comp cam (dont have the specs with me right now), 243 heads, pacesetter headers and catless pacesetter mids, slp muffler (catback needs to be reedone..but itll pretty much be sitting until spring so i have time to mess with it), drag bags @ 12 psi, M/T drag radials, stock wheels painted black, 6k HIDS, yellow fogs, gmm shifter, poly urethane sway bar bushings in the rear... 64k for $12,500 and comes with a warranty up to 90k or 4 years =]

Haha ts an after market warranty so I got the car for 12k and 500 for the warranty... Anyone who does good cheap exhaust work ??
