Open House/ Dyno Day April 21st
 

Our spring Open House/ Dyno Day will be April 21st this year.

There will be food /drinks for all that attend.

Dyno cost is $60 for 2 pulls.

No tuning this day.No need to dyno, just come by and hang out.

Time -10am -4pm

With no tuning, how many pulls do you really need?

Don is pretty lenient if you needed a 3rd pull I am sure he wouldn't care.

and if your car sucks it may only get 1 pull

if it dies on the dyno it'll only get one pull... lol

1 pull for 60 bucks? better come with a blumpkin haha



if so many people show up, shouldnt it be cheaper? ive never heard of 60 (or w.e. $XX) for 2. its always 3 haha, i thought it was just funny everyone relax.

60 is expensive I agree...I've paid 20 for 3 pulls but its fun and free food so eat a ton of burgers to make up for it. :)

the price has always been $60 for 2 pulls every dyno day. the $ needs to come from somewhere to pay for 'free food/drink'. if you want lower cost for dyno pulls i suggest you bring all the food. . . .

btw you need enough to feed a minimum of 100ppl. and their passengers.

time wise

I put a 2 limit because 3 back/back will overheat the car and risk damage. Since this is a load dyno it put's alot more stress on the motor to build heat.

Obviously if we're not happy with the pull the car will get another.

Most dyno days I see say- xx for the pulls and we only feed the people that pay. or bring your own food.

Personally the dyno day in a pain for me. Alot goes into them and I lose 2 days pay getting ready ect.

waa wa $60.00 to use your dyno?!?! no one realizes what kind of overhead there is running a shop.

Plus the cost of the dyno 32 grand at least........ I wouldnt even bother doing dyno days it does look like a pain in the ass.

Fwiw 10 years ago when I had my lt1 we use to go to a dyno shop for huge dyno days and it was 55 for 3. After ten years 5 bucks more it's worth it. The days are fun and noone has to dyno but it's fun for everyone. It's more for the customers then it is for Don as almost all who go already know the shop.
