Well as some of you know from the chat, my fiance and I just moved into our first home. Its in Paxton MA, finally moved out of the big city. 2 bedroom, one bath, sunroom built onto the house and a 2 car garage. Ohh yeah and 1.5 acres of land. Anyways heres some pics of the place.

Thanks everyone! The house is amazing, aside from the garage Im starting my own workshop in the basement. Going to start with a miller 230v welder and a Bridgeport mill.

Im down for a cookout this fall. Ill supply the dogs and burgers!

Klab, we did the apartment route before we did this. Honestly as much as it sucks paying rent for something you wont own its a good way of really figuring out what you can and cant afford and such. Plus if youre moving in with a gf or something you learn a lot more things about them lol. My buddy skipped my advice, jumped into a house without living with the girl before, now he wants to blow his brains out some days LOL We have been together for 7 years, living together for 4, getting married next May, so I already know I can put up with her haha

Yeah I'll prob do apt first for that reason lol. If I was single I would probably just save up and look for a house.
