Stock bose radio

I'm looking for a stock bose radio for my 96 camaro. I have one tht came with my car and it never worked. I had a radio Guy look at it and it's shot. Hopefully someone has 1 for sale. The yrs they were made are 93 to 96. I prefer with the cd player but the cassette style is fine.

try craigslist, but your better off just getting a brand new one that will fit . most of the old Bose stuff is obsolete and no longer make parts for them.
beside the new ones got Bluetooth etc.

I have a newer one in right now but I like the factory one better and I'm trying to keep the original look for the interior for now. Besides I listen to my Sirius radio anyway I just wanted the stock radio.

You should still be able to find them on eBay too.

I was in contact with that guy Dave and when I talked to him he want me to call him back because he was at work. When I got back to him he sold it.

They are surprisingly hard to find. I've been looking all over.

What about savage yards? Check Chuck and Eddie's in Southington, they have a website.

That's a good idea!

The only possibly decent one I could find on EBay is $325.

I saw that one as well. Actually tht would be the right radio that came in my car. I rather have the cd player style. But that price is crazy.

Yep. The $25 was much better but will take luck and timing.

You might want to check with Keith or Matt at Long Radio. They do a lot of takeouts, and they used to have a pile of radios in the back room. They're the owners of both the Westside and Hadley shops. Good guys, good friends.

You might also want to contact Richard Blankenship, he's one of the best radio guys, rebuilds older radios so they look original, but have modern guts including Bluetooth, plenty of power and hands free sync. Find him on YouTube I might have his number someplace.
