SMOKINSS IS LIVING!!!!
Well I got back into town on Thursday afternoon. I got to work right away and got the heads bolted down after a little scare while setting the torque specs on the new bolts. A couple of them made some noise but they seemed fine. Then on Friday I woke up at 6am and got right to work and had the rest of the motor back together by around 3:30. Then today I woke up around 5:30 and got right back at installing the tranny and other due-dads(FYI A MOTORCYCLE JACK WORKS AWSOME TO INSTALL A TRANNY BY YOURSELF) and had her fired up around 2:00. Then I finished up all the final details including giving it a good buffing and waxing and took it for a spin. I cant believe after all this bullshit it was a damn header leak. LOL. Oh well a good lesoned learned and I learned how to take the motor down and get it back together without too much trouble. Here is a pic of my sweaty and tired ass. LOL
