Track Day for myself! lol
 

Went up to the track today because I didn't get to go the other weekend. I wanted to get a baseline for the Monte before I play with exhaust and intake. The weather was decent for the most part but the DA was 1400ft at 9:30 for my first run.

I weighed the car and it gained 70lbs since last year! It now weighs 3640 lbs. I knew I had more fuel in it than last year then I remembered I didn't take my pass seat out this time.

Second run was at 11:30 which by this time the DA had gone up to 2200ft

I got my first elimations run at 1:40(don't know the DA at that time). The car ran slower and I got eliminated.

The car ran pretty much what Don told me it would run on a warm day. Now to play with the exhaust/ intake and see what happens next!

Even cleaned the rear quarters after the track! lol They really weren't that bad!

Little better DA and some intake/exhaust work and it will be well into the snake eyes

Looks about right. Bet the intake and cutouts will yeild 2-3 tenths atleast in the same weather.

Cutouts are going in soon and trying get my friend to do the intake. Problem is his 7 sec camaro is getting ready to run soon! Need to get him off his ass or it will never get done this year! lol

good job ron i bet it was nice getting down the track. i havent made a pass since the street camaro final on camaro/firebird day last year
