yeah just as it sez in the title. my job is the number one reason my life sucks right now!!! haha i was told today even with all the hours i put in and working all weekend THAT IM NOT PUTTING FORTH ENOUGH EFFORT!! HUH!? FUCK THIS SHIT!!!!! ok rant over have a terrible day!

i say bust your ass 40 hours a week and do the legal minimum for Your required OT and then when they say you need to come in sunday or some thing tell em to fuck off.

I would out right ask them how the hell they think that your not puting in enough effort.

id be concerned though with him telling them to fuck off when hes needed. Yes were in a recession as Alex pointed out, however our unemployment rate is RETARDED. Which means theres a bunch of guys that can do Mike's job lined up to take it.
