I really need to do something about my driveway!

I spent 4 hours playing in the mud this morning. The trailer had the Z in it so trailer + Z is almost 6,000 pounds.

A winch chained to a tree finally got it out.

That sucks David, why do you have to cross the yard like that? I'm drawing a blank on how the yards set up lol

The house had a 3 car garage on one side and a 3 horse/1-tack room stable on the other side.

I changed the horse side into a place for the camaros. Old picture:

The 3 camaros are there now, but I never did anything about making a driveway. It's muddy in front and I pulled the trailer in close so that I wouldn't bury the Z like I did to the 68.

I got in with no problem, but with the weight of the car, I didn't make it out so easy.

Oh, I didn't realize that it never had a drive way of sorts. Always figured it was attached like the garage. You gonna put in a real drive way out back now I'm guessing? Lol

Definitely at some point, but I'm not sure when. It's a great house but when I joke about it being a "money pit", I'm not really joking. HA HA.

My first quote at fixing the regular 1/8th mile driveway came back at $55k. I'm gonna need a few more quotes!

Ouch. Looks like it's time to call a paver. You're not tired of opening your wallet for this place though right? LOL

The first quote was for taking out the existing driveway and repaving it. They left out all the drainage stuff i asked for so I don't think the quote amount will go down.

It's definitely a money drain pit. For now, I have to slow down all my projects.

I have a couple guys I sell parts to who have paving company's. It's to bad you don't live closer and I doubt they will travel that far lol

I ditched my all season radials cuz they had no traction, Maybe you should do the same.
55k to do your driveway is really high?
about 10 to 12k to do the new section and 10 to 15k to repave existing.
After I seen your existing drive I would repave over it?
It wasn't bad at all?
heres the guys that did my drive 10 yrs ago. https://www.facebook.com/AndrighettiAndSonsInc
and they Race too!
they did my drive for $4700.00 and it was dirt gravel mix back then lol.

free estimates. (860) 482-3519

Thanks Dawg!

Someone from Andrighetti And Sons is probably coming tomorrow but maybe later in the week to take a look at the driveway and give me a quote.
