Plasti-dip removal?
So I just figured out that the centers of my wheels were just black plasti dip and I started peeling away at the stuff. Most of it comes off pretty easy except for spots where it was sprayed on light. So theres still a decent amount of plasti dip on the wheels. I was wondering if anybody knows of anything that will make taking that shit off easier. Thanks!

I use an eraser wheel, but even a rag and a bit of elbow greese should remove it.

Micro fiber and some lacquerer thinner

Yeah a micro and some thinner will make quick work of it. Just be careful and go easy with it and wipe it clean.

Thanks gents! Ill give it a try

Well, after hours of peeling and wiping off plasti-dip, I finally got my wheels cleaned up. I must say.......what a difference! Big thanks to Zfreie, Z28, and smokiness for the tips!

looks a hell of a lot better nice and shiny.

Thanks Frank, its come a looong way in such short time. I honestly feel like I could get close to double what I paid for it if I wanted to turn around and sell it. But that's not happening haha.
