valve covers look nasty, same with the headers. good luck with the install. those motors are not fun to work on.

i have got it soaking in PB blaster now when i get the chance to work on it probably tomorrow there is enough to get a pair of vise grips on it so ill try that maybe a little heat if i have too we will see what happens

What he said if you can, but try a torch first. I broke a bolt off in the block removing the thermostat housing from my Escort, just a little heating up and it came out with vise grips.

heat it up with a torch then cool it with that rust cracker cold spray and it should come right out
