Frank is getting an error uploading pictures. The error message has "security token" in it.

I'm going to try to upload a picture of a groundhog I took from my deck in October using "Attach Files".

DavidS 02-12-2017 02:55 PM

That seemed to work fine. Frank.....can you try posting a small picture in this thread?

I will also try posting a picture from my cell phone and not my desktop.

I'll try uploading one as an attachment from my phone. Should be a picture of jets.

Looks good. I'm not sure if Frank's problem is the file size he is trying to upload.

DavidS 02-12-2017 07:46 PM

I think it is the file size though. His wife's car picture was 4.3MB and I just tried to upload it and got the error "Upload of file failed."

It's got to be resized to a smaller size to post it.

Frank, can you try posting a smaller picture?

Did you scan for a virus frank?

vBulletin will not accept files larger than 8 MB.

I think Frank needs a way to resize his picture and make it smaller, for example the picture of his wife's car, before he uploads it to the site.

I found a thread on it here: http://tinyurl.com/vbulletin-error
