I'd def get it checked out at another dyno, it all seems a bit sketchy and the graph doesn't make sense. I'm also sure that if it is accurate you gained way more from fixing the car than the intake....

ditch the chip unless you get it dyno tuned, we had that problem with the GTA except we went from a 305 to a 350 and barely gained any power. Put the original 305 chip back in and it ran like a champ...
