On a Sad note, one of the service industry died today. As you can see by my name i am a chef and some of you may have seen in north haven today a bartender was fatally stabbed while working. I would like to remember Christopher Hall who was a great bartender, tonight, for being a great bartender. unfortunately he gave his life protecting his place of business.
