The 3 lights that will fail you for inspection are-
CEL of course!
Airbag light- Must work and have a bulb in it. It is checked to make sure it comes on.
Brake light- Must work and NOT be on with/without Abs light. Most newer cars put the red brake light on with the ABS light.
