yo fuck that b/s tv yeah it's 720p (no it will not put out 1080i) and it's only a 60hz. if you are that in need of a tv wait it out until the clearance sales after the new year. aim for 120hz or better. and quit being cheap. go Sony, Samsung, or even LG. also look for nothing less than 1080p. it'll be worth it in the long run.
<< still running a Sony rear projector that puts out 1080i, and still keeps up with todays broadcasts. got it back in Jan 04' as an xmas 03' clearance. great deal.
but really do your homework. go to the stores a few times and check out all the features the tv you want has and search sites like cnet, consumer reports and even pcmag. find out what others have had problems with or pros-cons.
Don't be a lemming and buy something because it's cheap and looks nice. That's what Mustang owners do.
