It would probably be between 13 to 14 seconds. Stock first-gen Z/28's are not good quarter-mile cars. They don't have decent torque off the line.
They were made for road racing, primarily to compete in the Trans-Am Series back in the 60's:

The engine limit was 305 ci (5 liters). Peak HP is at 5300 rpm and they were designed to run at high rpm's.
