Default question on lt1 heads

I found a set of lt1 heads I'm thinking of buying, they are ported and are 202/156 valves. I'm not too familiar with the second gen lt1s. Can anybody give me any tips to look for. Thankz

If they aren't ported by LME I'd save my money and get a set AFR, Trickflow or Edelbrocks. What kind of mods are you planning?

edelbrocks are CRAP just saying. who did the port work? Loyd Elliot, Advanced Induction, and also TEA does a REAL nice GM casting port job. if its some hole in the wall shop(like my heads) there boat anchors!

I think they were done by the person who owns them. I didn't get any pics yet they are still on the motor.

that wouldn't be worth even swapping the heads even if you got them for dirt cheap in my opinion
