i have some new ones since my stockers are gone. the new ones came with this aluminium spacer thas about 1.5-2 inches thick. do I need these spacers?thanks

Who uses bump stops? Lol i cut mine off when i put my 17x11's on but from what i remember no u do not use the spacers

you don't need spacers but if you were to replace them, rather than use stock rubber that rots away I'd use some of the poly replacement stops I think spohn makes one

if you have 17 inch or bigger wheels in 275 or wider tread you should run them with the spacers. this way the tires wont hit the inside slope of the wheel wells.

It's 275/40-17, and it's the stock tire size on SS's and WS6's, so why would it cause a rubbing issue?

^^ I agree, I have them on the TA (ws6) and didn't have spacers on it, never had a rubbing issue.
