Default T 56 swap in my G Body
Finally started swapping the T 56 in my Monte.

Got the 4l60e out.



Got the McCleod rxt twin disc clutch installed.



Getting the T 56 ready to go in.



Finally got the trans mated to the engine. Did not want to go together easy at all. Kept having to mod the floor because of the shifter and reverse lockout.



Tomorrow is the crossmember and a few others things.

Crossmember is done. Driveshaft needs to be shortend a bit.

Shifter is installed. At the moment I'm using the factory Hurst shifter that came with the trans.

thats awesome ron, hows your reach feel with the stick. what did you use for the clutch peddle and how did you install it?
