Subie should be the faster car, but harrder to launch. auto lt1 with DRs is point and click lol no sleeping at the tree mike.

Why I love my car on the street, no one ever expects me to get out as hard as i do lol

Drag radial, auto, rwd car with klabs power don't hold a candle to awd boosted launch. I've driven/owned a lot of cars over the years and you need a lot more than 300 horse in a rwd car to compete with a proper subie launch. They aren't that hard once you get used to it.

Not with the launch control it really doesn't. I know how hard my fiancés can leave without that. Now add in launching under boost with a bigger motor and turbo? There's very few cars on this forum that could hang with that out of the hole.
Don't get me wrong, I love me my f bodies. Owned every gen except a fifth, built/ worked on numerous ones of all sorts. Also have a wrx and have worked on/driven sti's. have to give credit where it's due and most muscle car guys don't give them the credit they deserve

Fact is the sti makes more hp and is lighter. It's a no brainer even when adding the awd launch
