2 questions!!

First, my car is a 01Z, it did not come with factory foglights, can i and should i put foglights in the car? would it be a pain in the ass? What would be required? Second, What would be the benefit of me doing a 12bolt as compared to a 9inch, im doing a rear end over the winter, just want to know what i should do? Pro's and con's to each rear end, i daily drive the car in summer, it will sit in winter, its gonna get a cam,lifters,retainers, ported stock TB, 100shot and full edit this winter, and the rear end, just want to know what rear end would be better for my future setup.
