800hp and he launched like that? I think the numbers are a little inflated. To bad, was a great looking car.
Did you see the turn out??? I 100% blame the local town council and police. Instead of enforcing and arresting, sponsor a safer alternative, either set up "street nights" where roads are closed off and spectator are not put in harms way or time to attract a drag strip to the area. If that were to happen, and street racing continued a bylaw allowing for huge fines or in extreme cases....forfeiture of a car.... would put the nonsense to a stop in a hurry. I'm all for racing, but a look at that video and it was an accident waiting to happen.

no way thats 800 horses and that has to be the most ridiculous setup for a drag race. Sounds like he just couldn't control his car
