just looks like a clone to me. i dunno have that feeling. if that were a true vert SS its one of i think 136 SS 30th anniversaries that year if im not mistaken. as we all know SLP made the SS so its kinda hard to tell 100% unless you see the SLP tag thats usually right above the tire tag and i dont see it there just the camaro road side bullshit. and its only the corner to so who knows. just saying if it what it sez it is its a VERY Rare car. and only the LT4 had a lower production number then an SS 30th Vert that year.

I'm pretty sure the rare verts are the real 30th ss ann. cars that were white w/ orange stripes. All 97's were 30th cars and they did make a bunch of reg ss verts also. I have a friend that has 3 of the rare ones and the production number was 136 or 139 on those.

they only made 250 Regular SS verts in M6. 215 in A4 so this car is still 1 of 250 IF again its an SS

For some reason I have a doubt that a real rare ss like that would fall into the hands of such an oblivious owner such as someone who puts altezza tail lights and supra spoiler on it...

Just because the old owner might have been a fool doesnt mean they didnt have money and just bought the most expensive Camaro on the lot. I would say its a clone if I had to guess but judging by the tailights I'm thinking if that person was going to rebadge it they would have used aftermarket chrome emblems instead of OEM badges.

yeah the fact is if they were just some retard owner. would they have bought the hood, spoiler, SLP 1000 dollar airbox and badged it the correct way? Probably not? i sya its a real SS Vert. one of the VERY FEW in that color might i add. and if so its worth every penny. Granted now you need a new rear spoiler and to make the car correct an 800 dollar SLP SS spoiler IF you can find one. I Dunno if you run the vin on google that car has been at 4 different dealers tye past year. i think somethings up with it if you ask me!

call slp with the vin. they will tell you and give you the prodution number. they will not tell you what slp options the car has because they want you to buy the birth certificate for the car which also tell you what options were installed. bilsteins, floor mats, car cover....etc
