Default Tire advice?

Looking to get new rear tires for the rear. Right now i have some eagle f1 295/45/18 on the car and it makes it looked jacked up in the back. Tryin to find the best street tire for daily driving and maybe i can also use at the track. Was looking at some nitto 555r and nt05 but im sure there are others. Thinkin tire size should be 305/35/18 or somethin like that.

any type of DR wont last as long on a daily but i personally loved mine for the street and track. The nittos seem to last the longest out of the bunch. It depends on what u plan on doing really if your gonna make it to the track alot id go with the DRs. I have the reg 555s on my car now since i got rid of the 555Rs and they still hook pretty good and are alot stickier than other street tires ive had so no complaints yet

the size that will work for you is a 295/35-18 that is a stock vet rear size so its not rediculase expensive not cheap by any means but not like a custom size. I like my BFG g-force sports they wear good and i can 60 foot with some of the best of them as far as street tires concern.

my nittos hooked good after i got my rear end straightened out. had good tread wear and were a BIT under sized so if you have an 11 wide rim? you can run a 315 tire out back and it will keep the sidewall straight, another point to look at. And nittos dont rub. even a BFG 305 youll have to roll your rear quarter lip or it will hit on some big bumps.

Nitto NT-05's are probably the best all around affordable tire out there. Definitely going to be my next set

I did look at the nt05 and id did like them. They are a little cheaper than the 555'sthough. Hopefully treadwear is not that bad.

From what I hear the nittos are better than any other DR for street driving. They dont wear as fast and are better in the rain.
