18 years of neglect that I'm trying to straighten out in 5 months, before Alex starts school in Sept.

There are a lot of whopper problems that need to be fixed and if "the devil is in the details" I'd like to get some of the major issues out of the way.

After the roof, almost every window and door will need to be being replaced due to being rotted. You can't see it from the far away pic, but close up....the frames are rotted.

Between the family, the money pit, work, and the Camaro Nationals....I'm up to my eyeballs in alligators but in time everything should work out.

There are 6 guys working on the roof and some of them want to work Saturday and Sunday on it because the weather is supposed to be worse next week. These guys really keep track of the weather.

It should be done in "two weeks". HA. HA. HA. The running joke and a line said by every contractor in The Money Pit.

Everything's going to done in 2 weeks lol.

How does Alex like the idea of moving?
