Can see your issue's with the cage. Sucks. Never right unless it's custom.

Thanks Don, it will be in that range no problem. Luckily 10k was already sitting in the car with a fab 9 and jakes stage 5.
As for the cage I would of had no problem building one from the start but the company that sent it took 9 weeks after saying it was shipped 8 weeks prior and then after I called and said it didn't fit correctly I was told that what happened was they waited for a vert to come in to mock off of and it just never showed so they shipped this one. Knowing Damn well it wouldnt fit since its for a hardtop car. That's what really Pissed me off, but it's came together nice and it really should have more of a cage but he's refusing to go bigger.

What is the cage good for in a convertable? 9.0/ 9.5?

Still will be an 8.50 cert we will add some gussets for added strength so we will feel better about driving it for when he comes back from Afghanistan. He wants it in the 8s before then which this will do off the footbrake lol
