so tried the pb blaster heating with the torch vise grips and a bolt extractor and it wont budge so were gunna try welding a nut on and see if that gets us anywhere

The pushrods didnt rub the heads or anyhting with the 1.6 rockers did they? A lot of the times you hafta elongate the pushrod holes.
