my point is theres no difference running this new MT pro radial on the street vs a quick time pro DOT or a hoosier DOT drag radial, the hoosiers may say DOT on them but they still say not for highway use on them as well. hoosier in no way will ever stand behind them as a street tire so your screwed as far as fighting a ticket. thats why it doesnt matter which of the three you drive on the street.

the DOT arguement is useless with the hoosiers.

this is why i choose the MT ET street radials, they are the most aggressive drag radial that has a DOT approval and MT advertises them as streetable, which means if it came down to fighting a ticket i know im covered.

Joe. THERE IS NO DOT APPROVAL ON THESE TIRES!!! Hence your point is Mute. get pulled over with a Hoosier the cop sees the dot and your fine. run the mickey pros and he DOES NOT See a DOT Cuz there is not one then your shits getting towed. his question was Legallity NOT can you do it or not!

and theyre obviously going to over look the big not for highway use marking on the sidewall and let you drive off into the sunset right?

The key here is highway. If you get stopped on a regular street then you will most likely be ok. Highway is differnet than a street.

they arent going to stop you from running those 275 mickey pro radials on street night, they have a tread pattern.
