I'd ask for proof or have someone look at the converter and confirm it before i paid them

they sent pix of metal everywhere in the trans and also showing there is no like damage on transmission... the pump "cone" filter is full of metal shavings

Then definitely don't let them touch it. I've tuned probly 10 of them and NONE of them worked right. I'm surprized they are still in bussiness.
