Blast his website with comments. Yelp or wherever. He can get rid of those so easy.

He has no bussiness. Looks like he tries to promote his tuning at ESP in sterling though.

I say, give him a day or two and see if he removes everything first.

My84Z 05-08-2012 08:18 PM

Don did you message him? I say he needs a bitch slap!

monytorris 05-08-2012 08:45 PM

I would be pissed and would do everything I could to make sure he didn't get any business until my work was off his site.

DemonWithin99 05-09-2012 12:34 AM

^i'd use something a bit more tastefull like a giant rubber dildo in his mouth destroy his computers, and force him to watch pizza's collection of gay porn.

Located just outside of Worcester....hmm wonder where this is at since I live in Worcester....

I could really make business for him very uncomfortable since he's a thief. Even though I'm sure his rep will be his own downfall.

Don, I'd get in touch with a lawyer asap, he's using images that aren't his, nor did he ever obtain permission to use. Very bad thing for him to have done that. Just the copyright infringement alone carries a heavy penalty.

Hiring an attorney can be wicked expensive and averages $200 to $300 per hour. For $300 an hour they will listen to your problems all day long. The end result usually ends up being that the only people to make out great are the attorneys. If Don has a friend or family friend willing to help out, that would be a different story.

Don might want to find a boilerplate on-line that discusses copyright infringement and then send it to the alleged douche and say that if certain pictures are not removed within a specified time period an attorney will be retained. All correspondence should be documented preparing for a possible court case.
