Looking totally awesome Ron!!!

The only thing throwing me off a little is the color of the wheels with the new body color. Maybe if the stripe color matched the wheel color everything would blend together nicely. Maybe it's just the picture though.

ls6monte 05-17-2012 02:09 AM

Those are my winter wheels painted the pearl red that I had before.

It's just different enough to make you look twice!

I knew I would be driving it in the rain today so I left those wheels on.

The 17's go on friday after I fix what broke tonight.

Formula413 05-17-2012 02:17 AM

That thing is going to be fap material once the 17s are on.

Kalstar 05-17-2012 03:32 AM

Congrats man, you don't see many of those anymore.

monytorris 05-18-2012 12:50 PM

Looks great Ron! Can't wait to see it in person with the wheels on. Might steal that color for my project!

ls6monte 05-18-2012 04:14 PM

Pic from todays cruise! Hopefully some more pics tomorrow.

ZFreie 05-20-2012 02:49 AM

looks much better in pics with the new rims on, the flames still dont look good in pictures. it makes them look a solid color and they arnt, and you really cant see the detail in pics either. its a bummer cause they look really good in person.

ls6monte 05-20-2012 02:53 AM

Thanks and yes I know! lol

Screwed again by the fuel pump feed line in the tank!!!!!!!!

I put the new pump in anyways and now it runs like it should.

Now back to cleaning the bitch again!! :sFun_crazydance: :sFun_crazydance:

ILuvPizzaTimes10 05-25-2012 01:46 AM

Stop using the line they give you!!! Its not meant to be Submerged in Fuel. get the High end Hoses!!!!! needs to be teflon or poly to width stand being submerged like that. i Still dont know How they can market and sell a pump with that shit on it.

frankzlt1 05-25-2012 09:51 AM

Wow that's fked up. Lucky its in the tank when it did that.

ls6monte 05-25-2012 04:15 PM

I didn't use the line they gave me. I used fuel injection hose from our stock room.

BigMac76 05-25-2012 10:21 PM

IMO teflon will hold up a lot better than that line in the kits, or any other fuel rated hose will do. Well worth the extra $ to spend on it. With a thick enough wall, there won't be any flex in it either. We use teflon tubing a lot in some of the systems we have at work and if I ever need to replace mine, that's where I'll be grabbing some extra stock from. :D

ILuvPizzaTimes10 05-26-2012 12:11 AM

Yeah i agree. fuel injection hose isnt rated for submersion. you need poly or teflon.

My84Z 05-26-2012 04:54 AM

Ass told you use better hose!

c4boom 05-26-2012 01:01 PM
