edit.....Just noticed in your previous post you said end of August. I went to town hall today and it looks like as long as it doesn't have a foundation and is not bigger than 200 square feet, it just has to be 10 feet from all property lines. Time to visit Kloter Farms.

Delivery is scheduled for the first week of August. No party planned - but you're more than welcome to stop by and check it out. We can bust open a few cold ones and call it a shedwarming.
