i have a hard enough time to get it to pass with an exhaust..tint is another no no in RI. Until i get someone who i know is gonna pass me and then pass me with a 5 day tag when i get pulled over, im all set

I agree, except i got tired of being pulled over cause cops sucks. I had it on the dash, and they would come up to the car and be like "oh sorry didn't see it there, have a good one" Screwed the damn thing into my bumper. Havn't gotten bothered again. :Thinking:

I have a stack of no front plate tickets (6 to be exact) at $85 a whack..you do the math...that was enough money for gears and something else lol Ill scoop up the bird cover for shows and shit but otherwise its staying off

funny got pulled over. told him "they dont look good" he sed alright keep it in on the back seat. have a nice day. never got harrased by him again. maybe stop having your cars look like rice........ AHHAHAHAHA

maybe just my area. i used to get harassed as a kid down in "small town mentality" Rochester, Marion, Mattapoisett. but up here wen its not all they have to worry about is tickets that they just dont Really care.

Actually what pisses me off is that the last person didn't take it off when he sold the car like they were supposed to.

This, my dad works for the gov, and any car he might take to work has to have the base sticker on it. So for awhile my cars had them on there, and yea, def got me out of a few tickets.

I should let him take the Camaro to work every once in awhile. lol

The smaller the town the more you'll get harnessed for stupid shit. My towns tiny and the cops don't have shit to do most the time. Bigger towns and city they actually have something to do other then bother people.

well its not a big deal, its gotta come off, it just doesnt stand out to me and when it does i dont have a razor handy. I have to take that and the inspection sticker off too, so figure ill do it all at once.

I'm in CT, and never had a problem with the front plate cover on. I did with my 94' but since I didn't have a plate holder I didn't get bothered.

wish i was that lucky...i used to have a TSP rumbler on the car, no cats, thing was FUCKING LOUD, i have a dyno video of it. I went by a cop at around 3.5 grand ish moving. He pulled me over and went "notice you dont have a front plate on the car." after i was done shitting my pants i said "nope, i certainly dont" and he wrote me a no front plate ticket and made no mention of the loud exhaust and me speeding lol

i want a license plate frame that says that lol

in all seriousness i think what sort of makes the cover is that it sits flush with the bumper..where as that makes you feel like your need glasses :)

I don't get the point of the clear cover either, if you're not gonna have the factory body color cover on there then why bother? And I have a feeling tinting it would not fly with the cops if they are that anal down there.
