The idea is to do a cruise that goes around the Quabbin Reservoir via some nice scenic back roads. We would start by meeting at Big Y supermarket in Palmer, MA, right off Exit 8 on the Mass Pike, ideally at noon. From there we would take RT 32 north to the town of Ware and pick up RT 32A and follow that up the east side of the Quabbin to Petersham. Then pick up RT 122 to Orange, then a little ways up RT 202 north to hit up some go karts. Then RT 202 south down the west side of the Quabbin to Belchertown, where we pick up RT 9 east heading back towards Ware. About half way back to Ware we will stop to head up to a lookout tower with a great view of the Reservoir. There is also a nice big parking lot where we could take some pictures. Total length of the cruise is ~77 miles round trip.

Im in, gonna have to leave early tho cause i have work at 5 and takes an hour to get back.

mass pike rest stop right after 495? i believe its the westboro rest area with the macdonalds and gas station. what time we want to meet there?

Unkin right off exit 16 jay. If we leave dunkin at 930 it will but us at the rest stop about 10 am

If all you guys are gonna meet up and cruise in together make sure you allow plenty of time so we don't fall way behind like last year. Plan to get there early.

We should be there by 11:30ish, my day depends on my kid. So I might take longer at stops.

No we will be at the res at 1115 1130 not the rest stop.we will reach the rest stop by 1015 the latest if we leave at 930. But the way we drive we will be at the rest stop by 10. Yea if we plan to be a little early at each meeting place then we will have some time to hang out and shoot some pics before the cruise starts.

Im bringing a nice camera, its out of date now but when it first came out it was crazy expensive. I dont think my rents will let me use the dslr hahah
