So I just read a thread from nitrous oulet about checking to see if intakes aren't ls6s. They gave the stock numbers for ls6s but mine has been sanded and painted. But he also said that if there are brass inserts for the fuel rail mounts then its not a ls6. Well guess what mine has the brass inserts. Wtf.

Can someone on here please check there ls6 to see if it has the brass fuel rail inserts.

Mine did, other way to tell is it is flat underneath, the LS1 is curved. Left is the LS6, right is the LS1

Mine us flat and i will have to check the brass but mine is a slp version

No biggie guys. I know mine is flat underneath but its just weird about the brass inserts that's all
